Christopher Otten, CLTC is the Founder of the FFG Nonprofit Benefits Group. Having grown up in the nonprofit community, he fully embraces nonprofit values and now passionately seeks to give back to the community that has given so much to him.  As a result, Chris developed the FFG Nonprofit Benefits Group, recognizing that nonprofits and their employees often forget to put themselves first.

Christopher chose a career in the financial services industry because of its entrepreneurial freedom and the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives. Christopher holds the Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC) designation and FINRA 6 & 63 registrations. In 2013, he was a Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company Leaders Club qualifier.

Christopher currently serves on the board  of the Center for Aquatic Sciences at Adventure Aquarium. He is also an Executive Committee member for the Philadelphia Chapter of the RJC and serves on their Young Professionals Committee.

Risk Management Specialist & Financial Planner

Howard Cohen is a Financial Planner and Risk Management Specialist, who focuses on protecting his clients from the unexpected. He leverages his training, skills and experience to identify possible risks, then creates a strategy to help protect their financial security and help them to prepare for the future.

Howard works to effectively address all of his clients' goals and concerns, and ensures that the strategy evolves in concert with the clients' needs. He holds his Life and Health licenses, as well as the FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations. He earned the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation in 2013 and is currently pursuing the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) designations.

A firm believer in educating the future of our industry, Howard mentors and coaches new associates and directs the firm's summer internship program. He loves nothing more than to see the students grow over the course of the summer and discover their own passion for helping others.

Retirement Plan Specialist

Zachary has specialized in the 401(k) and retirement plan marketplace since 2005, representing businesses and non-profit organizations in a number of U.S. states including California, Texas, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. He has maintained a focus on serving the needs of small to medium size businesses with the installation of new retirement plans and the assessment for conversion of existing plans.

Zachary's specialty is providing education to plan sponsors and participants. Committing time to the local community, Zachary volunteers with the Big Brother Big Sister Foundation.

He lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and serves business customers acros the country. Zachary holds the designation of Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®). He obtained the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation to improve his understanding of those who hold fiduciary roles.

Marketing Director

Cynthia joined the firm in 2009 and currently serves as the Agency Marketing Specialist. She is responsible for developing, maintaining and executing the overall marketing plan for the company. Cynthia works with media outlets, organizations and non-profits to organize events and sponsorships, creating brand awareness in the Philadelphia marketplace. She also works hand in hand with the associates, aiding them in the development, implementation and execution of their marketing plans.

She is a graduate of Syracuse University and is actively involved in the Philadelphia community. Cynthia lives in South Philadelphia with her husband, Zach, their children, Ayden and Evelyn, and their fur-baby, Rocco.

Supervisory Officer

Tom Kilker graduated from LaSalle University with a degree in Economics and Finance. He has worked in in the financial services industry since 1993, joining First Financial Group in 2007. As the ASO, Tom partners with our financial professionals in implementing compliance programs and maintaining our reputation for conducting business in a highly ethical manner. He holds the FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, and 63 registrations.
